About project

In the tranquil green area of Gerakas, in the northeast of Athens, we created Greenville Residence III, a high-end real estate property that promises to exceed the expectations of its owners.

This modern 2-building residential development consists of 11 newly built apartments in total - seven duplexes and six two-bedroom apartments – each of which follows the latest trends in architecture and minimal aesthetics. All modern apartments in Greenville Residence III have been designed in such a way that all interior spaces take maximum advantage of natural light, and every square meter is used to the fullest. With ergonomics and functionality in mind, spacious interiors have been created and high-quality materials have been carefully chosen, giving a sense of elegance and harmony, which is further enhanced by the carefully landscaped surrounding green space and communal outdoor playground. In addition to the excellent specifications, we have created an A+ energy-class residential building, maintaining a low energy footprint.

About location

Gerakas is a residential area, in the north-eastern suburbs of Attica, particularly popular due to its proximity to the center of Athens and its wonderful green surroundings. The area is known for the wide range of amenities it offers, such as international and private schools, shopping malls, parks and sports facilities, making it ideal for families and anyone looking for a comfortable lifestyle. The creation of Cambas Park, with a budget of 200 million Euros in an area of 315 acres, is already under construction and constitutes a landmark development for the area. It is a project with a pioneering character for Greek territory, in an attractive outdoor environment with office, market, entertainment and cultural uses.
