As MIPIM 2024 has drawn to a close, it's time to reflect on the milestones achieved during this premier real estate event, which provided four days of invaluable face-to-face meetings, networking, and gaining valuable market insights in the exquisite location of Cannes.. MIPIM, the world's leading real estate event, stands as a nexus where industry leaders, investors, developers, and other stakeholders converge to explore opportunities, exchange insights, and foster collaboration.
Our participation in the Greek Pavilion, strategically positioned at Riviera Hall 7 (R7.B3) within the esteemed Palais des Festivals, Cannes, and orchestrated by Enterprise Greece SA, was a source of immense excitement. Side by side with other distinguished companies, we proudly showcased Greece's burgeoning investment landscape as it transitions into a flourishing destination for discerning investors.
Throughout the event, our team deeply engaged with industry leaders, companies, and prominent investors from across the globe, discussing trends and topics of interest in the realm of real estate aimed at shaping a resilient and agile real estate landscape. Over the four days, our presence at the pavilion laid the groundwork for establishing robust connections, collaborative workshops aimed at fostering synergies and catalyzing innovation and unveiling new opportunities into the ever-evolving landscape of the industry.

The inaugural day, highlighted by the Deloitte Breakfast Round Table hosted at the prestigious Hotel Martinez, in collaboration with Enterprise Greece SA and Deloitte Greece, set a tone of excellence for the proceedings. During this exclusive gathering, leading figures of Greek real estate exchanged insights and charted the course for future trends and opportunities.
In addition to our scheduled meetings, our team also attended the Panel Discussion titled “MIPIM 2024: Greece: Unveiling Sustainable Investment Opportunities” hosted by Enterprise Greece SA and supported by Prodexpo conference where distinguished speakers deep dived into Greece’s untapped opportunities and its strong prospect for sustainable investments.
Among the event highlights was the recognition of The Ellinikon Commercial Hub gaining the award for the Best New Mega Development. Situated at the Metropolitan Pole of Hellinikon in Athens Riviera, Greece.
