Two of our company's flagship projects, Glyfada Calliste Residence and Etolikou Seafront, received a total of 3 prestigious awards, confirming MIBS Group’s position among real estate pioneers: 

In addition to this double recognition, Etolikou Seafront earned an extra major nomination in the Residential Renovation / Redevelopment category at a European level, representing Greece on the international stage.

Etolikou Seafront
 
Following the successful route of the award-winning Etolikou 11, Etolikou Seafront is our company's second-largest project. Located right on Piraeus coastline, just 10 meters from the port and featuring unobstructed panoramic sea views, it represents a unique waterfront investment.

This project involves the impressive transformation of a former commercial building into a modern 6-story residential complex comprising 76 luxury apartments, offering its residents hotel-style amenities such as a swimming pool, a gym, and coworking spaces. Each residence has been designed with an emphasis on functionality, natural light inflow, and modern aesthetics, playing a decisive role in the urban regeneration of the area.

Glyfada Calliste Residence
 
Glyfada Calliste Residence is situated in a prime location in the heart of Glyfada, just steps away from the sea. The project spans 4 floors and includes 8 newly built high-end residences, designed with utmost dedication to the privacy and well-being of its residents, a communal swimming pool and a carefully landscaped garden.

During the design phase, emphasis was placed on fully equipping the apartments with all modern amenities, enhancing natural lighting, and selecting high-quality timeless materials that highlight the elegance and architectural excellence of the project.
