
MIBS Group strengthens its investment footprint in Piraeus

As part of this strategy, the company recently acquired a former commercial building at the intersection of Etolikou and Aktis Kondyli streets, launching a new residential development in the coastal zone of Piraeus. The project, named Etolikou Seafront, is another investment that is part of the company's broader portfolio and reflects MIBS Group's strategy for the exploitation of properties with high development potential in key locations, significantly strengthening the city's residential stock. "By putting people at the center, through our projects in the wider area around the port of Piraeus, we are creating over 300 modern apartments, with an emphasis on functionality and construction quality," says Elena Shiapani, CEO of MIBS Group.
With a total development of approximately 4,000 sqm, the Etolikou Seafront project includes serviced residences with modern specifications and high-quality common areas, in a location with direct contact with the seafront and easy access to both the port and the wider urban scene of Piraeus.
This specific investment is part of a broader development plan implemented by MIBS Group in Piraeus, confirming the company's confidence in the prospects of the region and its pursuit of creating projects that combine architectural quality, functionality and energy efficiency. At the same time, by giving life to an inactive and empty commercial property, the company reduces its carbon footprint and enhances sustainability.
An important part of the company's investment activity is the "Etolikou 11" project, one of the most emblematic urban regeneration projects currently underway in Piraeus. It involves the conversion of the former factory of the historic Korona pasta industry into a modern residential complex of high standards, with a total development of 8,500 sqm, which will include 158 fully autonomous residences and modern communal facilities.
