For the 2nd Consecutive Year on the "Best Workplaces™ for Women" List

For yet another year, MIBS Group confirms its leading position not only in the real estate industry, but also as a model employer, winning once again a place in the Best Workplaces™ for Women Hellas 2026 list, announced by Great Place To Work® Hellas. 

The renewal of this important distinction is not just an honor, but the culmination of the annual Trust Index© work environment survey. The assessment comes directly from the women of our team, who through anonymous and confidential responses captured their real experience, confirming that MIBS Group remains a place where inclusion and meritocracy are daily practice. 

As part of the survey, our team members were asked to assess in depth the defining parameters that shape everyday life in the office, focusing on providing equal opportunities for professional development at every level of the hierarchy, ensuring fair remuneration based on transparency, as well as effectively supporting the balance between professional and personal life. Particularly noteworthy is the fact that, for another year, employees clearly stated that they have fair treatment, regardless of gender, personal choices or position in the company.
